Information BP Logger handles

BP Logger lets you record systolic and diastolic blood-pressure readings together with the date and time of the reading. These readings are stored locally on your device.

Apple Health and HealthKit

On supported Apple devices, BP Logger can request permission to save blood-pressure readings to Apple Health using HealthKit. Health access is optional and is only used for BP Logger features you choose to use.

BP Logger uses HealthKit access only to write and manage blood-pressure records associated with the app. HealthKit data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining, and is not sold to third parties.

Android Health Connect

On supported Android devices, BP Logger can request permission to save blood-pressure readings to Health Connect. This access is optional and is used only for BP Logger features you choose to use.

Data storage and transmission

BP Logger does not require an account and does not upload your blood-pressure readings to a CloverBee server. The app's local database remains on your device unless you choose to export or share data yourself.

CSV export and sharing

You can export your readings as a CSV file. BP Logger only initiates an export when you request it. Once you choose another app, service, or person to receive an exported file, that recipient's own privacy practices apply.

Third-party advertising and analytics

BP Logger does not contain third-party advertising and does not use analytics or tracking services to profile you or your health information.

Permissions and your choices

You can deny or revoke Apple Health, HealthKit, or Health Connect permissions through your device settings. BP Logger will continue to keep locally saved readings even when health-platform access is unavailable, although health synchronization features will not work until permission is restored.

Data deletion

You can edit or delete readings from BP Logger. Deleting the app removes its local database from the device according to the operating system's normal app-removal behaviour. Records previously written to Apple Health or Health Connect are also subject to the controls provided by those platforms.

Children

BP Logger is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not operate an account or cloud service that collects user data.

Changes to this policy

If BP Logger's data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes are released where required.
